This is how your path from JOKO to EMBA continues in practice

June and Innovative Business Creation

  • You will begin the post-JOKO EMBA pathway in June with the Innovative Business Creation module.
  • In this module, you will learn how to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and solutions—viewing your organization through the lens of a change agent and boldly challenging the status quo.
  • The focus of this module is on the organizational innovation process, creativity, and renewal.

Autumn and Leading Towards the Future

  • After the Innovative Business Creation module, you will continue developing your personal and professional leadership in the Leading Towards the Future module, starting in the autumn.
  • You will gain insights into the challenges of today’s organizational communication and its effectiveness.
  • You will reflect on experiences from your own leadership journey and take the next step to strengthen your leadership with the guidance of EMBA Senior Mentors and peers.

Finally Global Strategic Management

  • The final module, Global Strategic Management, immerses you in the dynamics of international business and virtual management, while strengthening your business skills in areas such as mergers and acquisitions.
  • You will also have the opportunity to network and experience working in an international virtual environment.
