A. EAT FAILURE FOR BREAKFAST

This capstone is a process of generating actions and driving change within the participant’s organization.
After this process, the participant is able to recognize and exploit strategic opportunities for new business creation.

B. STRATEGY AND FUTURES WORK

The main goal of the capstone is to expand and integrate knowledge on strategy and corporate foresight. It enhances the understanding of changes in the operational environment and how to develop strategic responses within the participant’s organization.
