Integroitu EMBA-portfolio koostuu oivalluksista, kehyksistä ja työkaluista, moduuliin perustuvista tehtävistä, prosesseista ja analyyseistä sekä EMBA-opintomatkan pohdinnoista organisaation tavoitteiden ja kehittämistarpeiden sekä osallistujan johtamistaitojen kannalta.

  • At the beginning of the portfolio process, the participant and their organization set personal, professional, and organizational goals for the program.
  • The participant utilizes capstones, processes, study materials, and their own reflections to prepare the portfolio.
  • In the portfolio, the participant will address the set EMBA goals and reflect on them from past, present, and future perspectives.
  • The EMBA portfolio process is supervised and evaluated by academic professors.

The portfolio process deepens the participant’s leadership skills, provides up-to-date practices, knowledge, and expertise which are instantly applied for the benefit of the participant’s organization.

Global Strategic Management

The Global Strategic Management module deepens knowledge of global markets, international business strategies, cross-cultural management, and working in diverse environments.

Visionary Leadership

The Visionary Leadership module explores the key elements of development-oriented and proactive leadership, while encouraging the participant to reflect on their leadership through a peer mentoring process.

Exploring Business Excellence

The Exploring Business Excellence module enhances participants’ skills in comprehensive leadership and the management of business environments. During this module, the participants will review the organization’s core business functions and processes.

Innovative Business Creation

The Innovative Business Creation module centers on innovation, organizational creativity, strategic foresight, renewal, and an entrepreneurial mindset, all while fostering growth.

Leading Towards the Future

The Leading Towards the Future module focuses on exploring personal leadership skills and management behavior. It empowers participants to lead people and organizations effectively.
