CAPSTONE

PEER MENTORING

In this structured peer mentoring process, the participant enhances their leadership skills by sharing experiences and knowledge with a peer mentor partner.
The mentoring sessions allow the participant to reflect on their own leadership and establish a solid foundation for further development to meet future needs.
This process is built on trust and provides the participant with a valuable tool for organizational benefit, along with a personal development handbook in the form of a Peer Mentoring Report.
