Precision health approaches through machine learning: diet-microbiome-metabolome interactions revealed for benefit of maternal and child health

The objective of PhD work is to understand the relations between diet, gut microbiota and serum metabolites during pregnancy using statistical and bioinformatics methods; and to obtain optimum profile for benefit of the maternal and child health.
