6 good reasons to attend career guidance

The Career Services offer students and recent graduates personal career guidance throughout the year. The career guidance discussions can cover a broad range of topics, and sometimes the discussions deal more with studies than working life.

You do not have to have a specific career in mind in order to book a career guidance session. The following six examples are all good reasons for booking an appointment:

1. You are not sure where you can find a job after graduation.

2. You are looking for a suitable internship position.

3. You are not sure if you are studying in the right program/field after all.

4. It’s hard for you to describe what you are interested in.

5. You have to make choices that will affect your future career, but you are not sure what to choose.

6. You have a clear idea of what you want to do, but you do not know how to reach your goal.
