Career Writing workshop in June

Career Writing workshop for supporting career identity formation (bilingual)
Time: June 7 at 10:00-13
Place: Arcanum A270

Career Writing is a career counselling method for identifying you own career path. It is closely linked to working on your self-reflection and the stories that you tell about yourself.

In this workshop you will get a chance to a guided dive into your thoughts about yourself, how you have molded into the person you are and what your future career might look like. The workshop consists of prompted writing sessions, discussions in small groups and a theory part on how today’s working life requires us to think more deeply on who we are and what we want.

The workshop is multilingual. You will be writing your own texts in your mother tongue, but group discussions will be carried out in English and/or Finnish (you do not need to know Finnish in order to attend). Instructions will be given in English and Finnish. Writing materials (pens and paper) are available at the workshop (you don’t need a computer), but you can also bring your own pen and notebook.

Register by June 5 at the latest. Limited spots available.
