Developing knowledge and skills for educators

The project will arrange various types of education for the personnel of early childhood education. The research conducted within the project will provide information about what kinds of knowledge and skills early childhood educators need in order to support social and emotional development of the children. This include for example reflecting on the ways how different risk elements associated with child development can be identified and how and what kind of pedagogical activity and interaction best support child development and learning of SE competencies.

The research-based training programme will meet the needs and requirements of early childhood educators and support them in the educational work related to SE competency of children.
