THE GOALS OF THE MODULE

Exploring personal leadership skills and management behavior is at the core of this module. It empowers the participant to lead people and organizations effectively. By reflecting on one’s self-image, the module fosters a mindset geared towards personal and professional growth. The participant will gain a wider understanding of their life anchors, values, learnings, motivators, and leadership roles.
The module anchors with a holistic approach how to lead your organization forward. From a systemic leadership perspective, the participant is encouraged to view their role within the broader system, recognizing how their actions correlate with each other.

SENIOR MENTORING PROCESS

  • The process is led by senior mentors, a group of carefully selected, experienced leaders from various business backgrounds.
  • Senior mentors’ role is to encourage and support the participant’s personal growth using a variety of leadership skill sets and methods.
  • Sharing and being open-minded are key to making the most of the senior mentoring process and learning from other participants.
