The Exploring Business Excellence module enhances the participant’s skills in comprehensive leadership and the management of business environments. During this module, the participant will review the organization’s core business functions and processes.

The capstone combines researched knowledge with concrete actions and improvements for the organization’s benefit.
As a result, the work should deliver financial benefits to the organization.
