The program focuses on visionary leadership, exploring business excellence, and developing participants as leaders.
The goal is to provide a strong foundation in new business skills, broaden the capabilities required for leadership and expert roles in organizations, and build new collaborative networks.

Visionary Leadership
The Visionary Leadership module explores the key elements of development-oriented and proactive leadership, while encouraging the participant to
reflect on their leadership through a peer mentoring process.
Exploring Business Excellence
The Exploring Business Excellence module enhances the participant’s skills in comprehensive leadership and the management of business environments.
During this module, the participant will review the organization’s core business functions and processes.
Visionary Leadership – Peer Mentoring
In the structured peer mentoring process, the participant enhances
their leadership skills by sharing experiences and knowledge with a
peer mentor partner.
Exploring Business Excellence – Development Work
The Development Work addresses the specific development needs of the participant’s organization, focusing on a crucial topic or business challenge to be
tackled.
