The Goals of the Program

The English-language BTA program focuses on core business topics, with strong connections between theory, practical management, business cases, and self-assessment and development. The program emphasizes both collaborative and individual work, interaction, peer learning, and real-world business cases.

PEER MENTORING

  • Peer mentoring in the BTA program is a method designed to support a collaborative learning process, bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizations to share experiences, insights, and knowledge.
  • Participants benefit from a variety of perspectives, problem-solving approaches, and best practices from different industries—broadening their understanding and encouraging creative thinking.
  • The goal of peer mentoring is, among other things, to increase participants’ motivation and empower them to take ownership of their learning journey, while effectively applying newly acquired knowledge and skills in their professional roles.

COMPANY VISITS

  • During the Business Talent Academy program, 1–2 organized business visits will take place—either to the participants’ companies or to other selected companies.
  • These visits are designed to provide practical experience and insights into specific industries or business practices.
  • The purpose of the visits is to give participants the opportunity to learn about the company’s operations, culture, management, products or services, and the roles and responsibilities of its employees.
