New students visiting in the Botanical Garden
Hello to all new students of the University of Turku!
Did you know that our university has many places to have a nice science trip, example the Botanical Garden? Have you ever wondered how the University of Turku is protecting biodiversity? We want to have a discussion about this important theme with you. We want to invite you to visit our Botanical Garden.
Welcome to the “New Students are here” -evening in the Botanical Garden of the University of Turku on Wednesday 4.10. from 5 pm to 8 pm!

5 pm Free entrance inside garden
6 pm Welcome words (Seminar room)
From 6 pm to 8 pm Evening snack
Registration
The event includes free entrance to the Botanical Garden. First 50 students will get the places.
If registration is full, register here for a reserve place to the wait list. We will inform you if places become available. Or we will inform about another offer to the botanical garden.
Arrival
The Ruissalo Botanical Garden is about 30 minutes from the center of Turku. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the garden. Föli Bus number 8 arrives directly to the botanical garden car park. Föli number 8 leaves from Puutori. Take the bus 8 at 4.35 pm and you will be in the right time at the garden.
