The purpose of this postdoctoral study is to psychometrically validate AnestComp, a comprehensive competence assessment instrument for anesthesia nurses, and to examine anesthesia nursing competence through international comparison.
The aim is to generate evidence-based knowledge on anesthesia nursing competence across countries, to identify strengths and gaps in competence domains, and to support the development of high-quality anesthesia education, patient safety, and equitable standards of anesthesia nursing practice globally.
