Event at Burgas Free University Highlighted Innovations in Inclusive Digital Learning
On March 17, 2025, Burgas Free University hosted a multiplier event within the framework of the international project Inclusive Digital Learning (Dig-2-Inc) — an initiative supported by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme. The project brings together partner organizations from Finland, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, and Romania, all dedicated to developing and promoting inclusive and digitally enhanced learning practices.
The event aimed to increase the visibility of the project’s activities and outcomes in Bulgaria while fostering their sustainable integration into educational institutions to better support students, particularly those from low socio-economic backgrounds.
A total of 53 participants from secondary schools across 12 Bulgarian towns attended the event, where they were introduced to the project’s philosophy, methodologies, and design principles. The Dig-2-Inc team presented the functionality of the e-learning platform and the online training course, both of which were developed and validated through pilot sessions involving participants from all partner countries.
