Apply for a study right
The person selected for the position of doctoral researcher in the doctoral education pilot project is required to have a doctoral degree study right at the University of Turku, which has been granted on 1.11.2023 at the earliest, and to have demonstrated the ability to pursue postgraduate studies and a doctoral degree in accordance with the research plan. The eligibility requirements for doctoral researchers are laid down in the University of Turku Rules of Procedure.
If you do not have the right to study for a doctoral degree at the University of Turku, and you intend to apply for a doctoral researcher position starting from 1.1.2025, you must apply for the right to study for a doctoral degree in the autumn 2024 application rounds. The study rights are applied for through the doctoral programmes.

28 August, 2024 – 13 September, 2024 at 4 pm (Europe/Helsinki) (all doctoral programmes)
28 October, 2024 – 8 November, 2024 at 4 pm (Europe/Helsinki) (only some of the doctoral programmes)

- Finnish Doctoral Programme in Oral Sciences (FINDOS Turku)
- Doctoral Pilot Programme in Immunology (ImmuDocs)
