Business Talent Academy (BTA) -ohjelma
Englanninkielisessä BTA-ohjelmassa syvennytään liiketoiminnan ydinaihealueisiin, joihin linkittyvät vahvasti teoriat, käytännön johtamistyö ja yrityscaset sekä oman toiminnan arvioiminen ja kehittäminen. Ohjelmassa tärkeää on mm. yhteisöllinen ja yksilötyöskentely, vuorovaikutteisuus, toisilta oppiminen sekä yrityscaset.

Vertaismentorointi (Peer mentoring)
Peer mentoring in BTA program is a method which supports a collaborative learning process where individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizations come together to share experiences, insights, and knowledge. Participants can benefit from different viewpoints, problem-solving strategies, and best practices from various industries, which broadens their understanding and challenges creative thinking.
Among other means, peer mentoring is aimed to make participants feel more motivated and empowered to take ownership of their learning journey and apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills effectively in their respective professional contexts.
Yritysvierailut (Company visits)
During the Business Talent Academy program, 1-2 organized company visits are organized, the target of which can be either the companies of the people participating in the training program, or other companies selected for the purpose.
These visits are designed to provide hands-on experience and insight into specific industries or business practices. The purpose of the visit is to serve as a practical example – to give the participants the opportunity to get to know the company’s operations, culture, management, products or services, as well as the roles and responsibilities of the employees.
Kehittämistyö (Development work)
The aim of BTA development work is to support learning and provide practical application of the acquired skills into the development of own work and organisation
