Tuorla Observatory – Tartu Observatory annual meeting series continues with the title: Interaction of the cosmic matter

Traditionally this symposium has brought together cosmologists and other people from different countries interested in astronomical questions. Program will consists of talks and free discussion in a nice and open atmosphere. This is the place where you can introduce and share your old and new ideas and have constructive feedback.

The symposium will be held in the Turku city centre, close to the campus area. The meeting venue is called ‘Joki’. Its very pleseant place and you can find more information and location about it here.

The meeting runs for two and half days, Wednesday morning through Friday afternoon, Thursday evening we’ll organize a social evening program. The local organizing committee will arrange blocks of rooms to be available for a fair price for conference participants.

The meeting organised together with Tuorla observatory and FINCA.

Accommodation:

It is possible to have rooms with discounted price from nearby hotel Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa. The prices are 79 eur/1 person, 89 eur/2 persons. To have the rooms with this price the University has to do the booking, so please send us the details about your reservation. Of course, you can also choose any other accomodation, if you wish.
